What is "Knack For The Wind"?
Knack For The Wind is an Indie, action/adventure comic book series written and illustrated by Malachi McCullough. The project is intended to be a long-running series, with publications spanning multiple years or even decades to deeply explore the world of the comic.
KFTW follows a group of five central characters wrapped up in a wicked scheme to merge Hell and Earth, where they must harness the mystical forces of hell to defeat the tyrannical powers that be.
The World(s)
The events of KFTW are primarily split between two worlds: Hell and Earth. In the case of KFTW however, the realm referred to as "Hell" is not a fiery wasteland reserved for grotesque demons and damned souls; Hell is a wonderland. A world parallel to Earth, capable of observing Earth's history and being influenced by its developments, distinguishing itself from Earth with its fantastical creatures, landforms, and access to the mystical Ether. The two worlds are divided by an intangible veil, sealing away the Ether and keeping Hell's existence a secret from Earth. Our story begins when this veil starts to mysteriously fall apart, allowing Hell's mystical forces to infiltrate Earth.
ACT 1
The majority of the story's first act takes place on Earth, taking time to introduce the audience to our characters and the mysterious parallel world from a familiar perspective. This is where our heroes come together as a team and learn what their true mission is.
ACT 2
The second, much longer Act of the story consists of our heroes journeying throughout Hell to complete their mission to stop Hell and Earth colliding. In this Act we discover much more about the balance between worlds, the Ether, and the secrets held by our characters,

Born and raised in Hell to be the local hero, Felix travels to Earth with his talking sword to solve the mystery of the weakening barrier between hell and Earth.

Forced to spend the majority of her teenage years locked in a government facility because of her fantastic abilities, Krystal finds an opportunity to escape within the rising chaos.
Born on Earth with an array of superhuman abilities, Mickey spent his free time as a vigilante until a tragic accident. New events force him out of retirement into a powerful team up

Nicolas
Growing up on Earth living a normal life, Nicolas is suddenly thrown into the deep end when he finds out that he's not so normal. Immediately he gets roped into everyone else's Heroic Hijinks.
Rose
Devoted to cleansing Hell's land of roaming spirits, Rose pledged loyalty to its hegemonic government. Her priorities shift when her twin brother goes AWOL with his mission on Earth.
Rachel
Felix's first friend on Earth, Rachel finds it better to be a sidekick than monster food.
Marcus
One of Mickey's best friends who's great at support. Marcus finds himself in a spot where he can no longer play cheerleader.
Ben
Another one of Mickey's best friends. Ben's nature as a tech savant comes in handy against Alien Tech.
